HomaGrown ShowCase
Every Wednesday, Oklahoma's premiere bands and artists are featured, each performing a 45 minute set of original music. Showcases can be found in major cities across the U.S. Showcases such as the SXSW festival in Austin have given music lovers a chance to hear incredible new acts and expand their musical tastes. Starting this Wednesday, Oklahoma City will have the 'HomaGrown Showcase to give Oklahoma artists the same platform f...or their original music. The 'HomaGrown series features two or three different original acts in consecutive 45 minute sets each week, and is open to the public. For more information on how to submit your material for showcase consideration, please message me. A Web site submission form will be set up soon.

For those of you unfamiliar with Whiskey Chicks, it is the newly-opened restaurant and bar in the building that formally housed Roosters. It's on Reno, across the street from Harkins Theater, and close to LOTS of free parking. Owners Kevin and Lee have beautifully renovated the space, and are huge supporters of the local music scene.
